International Orders (Australia, US, and UK)
We currently ship internationally to Australia, the US, and the UK. Orders are sent via NZ Post. Australia shipments typically arrive in 6-8 business days. US and UK shipments typically arrive in 6-10 business days.
Australian customers who ship orders over $90 NZD to an Australian address can enjoy free NZ Post international shipping. Flat rate shipping of $10 NZD, for orders under $90. To redeem, please include over $90 NZD worth of products, proceed to checkout and select the free shipping option.
US and UK customers who ship orders over $90 NZD to a US/UK address can enjoy free NZ Post international shipping. Flat rate shipping of $15 NZD, for orders under $90. To redeem, please include over $90 NZD worth of products, proceed to checkout and select the free shipping option.
NZ Post provides safe and fast shipping worldwide. Transit times provided in your tracking details are estimates only and delivery times may be extended due to delays such as customs, quarantine processing, freight plane schedules and demand in your region. Please contact NZ Post Support directly to get information about your order once it has been dispatched, only contact OtherNature™ if your order has been deemed lost by NZ Post or if you have received faulty or damaged products.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, OtherNature™ is not responsible for orders that have not been received due to incorrect delivery details and cannot be changed after checkout is complete. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order or collect it if you receive a card-to-call. OtherNature™ cannot re-send your order outside New Zealand if your order gets returned to us due to non-delivery/non-collection.
International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of OtherNature™. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. For Australia, there are generally no duties, taxes or charges to pay at the border for purchases of $1,000 AUD or less. For the US, there are generally no duties, taxes or charges to pay at the border for purchases of $800 USD or less. For the UK, you will not have to pay anything to the delivery company to receive goods worth less than £135 unless they’re gifts over £39.
